Welcome to RBC Sprinkler Services, LLC. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
We provide irrigation and sprinkler system services, including installations, repairs, seasonal startups, and winterizations. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is clearly outlined prior to service. Most visits include a base service call fee which covers the first hour of labor, with additional labor and parts billed separately. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept credit card, ACH, and checks..

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Service call and labor fees are non-refundable once work has begun. We are committed to addressing service concerns reported within 7 days.

5. Liability
We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper system use, or external factors such as weather or third-party work. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known issues or underground hazards before service.

6. Property Access
By booking a service, you authorize us to access the property to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure pets are secured and gates are unlocked.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
