RBC Sprinkler Services, LLC provides irrigation and sprinkler system services for residential and commercial properties. While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality workmanship, we are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, unforeseen underground issues, or weather-related impacts beyond our control.

All services are performed based on information provided by the property owner. We are not responsible for pre-existing system issues, inaccurate zone mapping, or unreported leaks. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that backflow preventers and other components meet local code requirements.

By scheduling service, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that repairs and recommendations are based on visible and accessible system components.

Refund Policy - the basics

At RBC Sprinkler Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our sprinkler services and strive to deliver reliable results every time.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can assess the issue and make it right. We may offer a service adjustment, rework, or partial refund depending on the nature of the concern.

Please note:

• Service call fees and labor charges are non-refundable once work has begun.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

• Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
